PURCHASE
When ordering a product you need:
1. Select a product and add it to the cart.
2. Go to the "Cart" section and check your order, click on the "Place an order" link.
3. Enter your details: delivery city, last name, first name and telephone number of the cargo recipient at the transport company. Model and size of the Christmas tree.
4. Leave a request on the website and soon the manager will call to confirm the order.
PAYMENT
1. Payment can be made by transfer; delivery of goods is carried out only after funds have been credited to the Seller’s bank account.
2. Payment can also be made upon receipt at the delivery service department.
DELIVERY
1. Delivery throughout Ukraine. Delivery of goods purchased in our store is carried out throughout Ukraine by transport companies. The delivery cost is determined by the carrier company depending on the dimensions, weight, and delivery destination. You pay for the services of the carrier company for delivery of the order on the spot upon receipt. When paying for goods "cash on delivery", the carrier's commission for the return delivery of funds is paid by the recipient of the goods at the place of receipt.
2. Pickup. If you want to pick up the goods you ordered yourself, please inform the manager about this when placing your order. The product can be received at the address: Kosiv, region. Ivano - Frankovsk.
RETURN
When placing an order, the Buyer must be aware that he thereby enters into an oral purchase and sale agreement with the Seller and authorizes the seller to enter into a transportation agreement in the interests of the Buyer under certain conditions of the carrier company. If upon receipt of the Christmas tree you find a manufacturing defect or the absence of any component, we can always make an exchange and return within 14 days.
